The Great 7x7x7x7 Challenge

Normally, I'd have used a random title for this post, but since it is quite important, in my estimations, I decided not to.

I was thinking about the BBC's 100 Books list, and while I am still considering trying to read everything on that list, I thought of something else related to it. As most of you know, the final Harry Potter film is coming out July 15th of this year. I plan on going opening night, and yes, I'm going to dress up this time (give me suggestions here please!!)

My point, however, has to do with the seven novels that make up the worldwide phenomenon. So I thought, why not read all the books from now until the movie is released? I figure no, that's too easy. So why not step it up a notch and re-read the seven novels seven times each? That's good, but again, I could do that easily. So I kept thinking about it, and I realized that the following was the best idea.

Re-read 7 the books X Re-read 7 times each X Re-watch the first 7 movies X Re-watch 7 times each

I'm calling this "The Great 7x7x7x7 Challenge". I will read all 7 Harry Potter books 7 times each, and do it in order. I will watch the corresponding movie every single time that I finish the book. Meaning, when I finish the first book, watch the 1st movie. Finish the 2nd, watch the 2nd movie, and so on. Finishing off with watching the 7th movie the DAY that the final movie comes out.

I plan on being at the theatre hours in advance, so I would probably watch the movie beforehand. Anyways, leave a comment letting me know what you think of this challenge, a suggestion on who/what I should dress up as, and feel free to join in on the challenge!!! I plan on starting next week!

By the way, I thought about dressing up as Dobby, Lord Voldemort, or a Death Eater, since I can actually buy masks for each. I would like to be creative in this, since most just go as a Hogwarts student. But who knows?
