I Wanted To Have It Chewing Up A Serpent

Second day, early morning...I am feeling extremely tired right now, been awake since 6:20am. Only because I had to catch my bus to get to school. I would never choose to get up this early if I could help it. Anyways, that's not the point.

I'm in the library at the moment, and while the little people, meaning grade 7/8s, are not here right now, I know they will be. Before I tell you about this, you have to know how they got to my school in the first place. Well, a couple years ago my school was in danger of being shut down because, and I quote, there was "not enough students". However, they closed a bunch of elementary schools, and then sent those grade 7 and 8s here. They are only in one hallway, and their lunch starts before the highschool lunch period, so one would think that you'd never see them. That is not the case. They are EVERYWHERE. For instance, they come to the library a lot. I spend most of my time here, since I have no morning classes most days (so that's at least 2 hours in here every single day), and they tend to come in with a teacher for "class". But the thing is, they are so LOUD. They yell and scream and talk at what seems to be the top of their lungs. They talk to neighbours right beside them at the tone you'd expect to see two people on opposite sides of a football field talking at. Well okay, maybe not quite that loud, but you get the point.

I find it hard to believe that myself and my friends were ever that loud when we were in grade 7/8. I figure that it's down to the fact that they have too much freedom here in high school and they are just running wild, because they can.  I know people don't miraculously quiet down when they hit grade 9, but still. I wish I had a hat that would eat them or something. Well...earplugs maybe. I just cannot concentrate when they are here, and the librarians and their teachers seem to not be doing anything to keep them quiet. -.-

At least I only have 3 more months here. :)

PS: Does anyone else think that those white dandelion thingys (forgot the proper name) have grown since yesterday? I could've sworn that they didn't obscure any words!

PPS: of course, it might have to do with the fact that I am on my netbook, so things look a little different on here than on my desktop...
